General

Pedaltrain's Classic Pro is the follow up to the Pedaltrain Pro. This lightweight pedalboard for guitarists and bassists has a robust metal construction with room for cables and measures 81 x 41 cm. It comes complete with a flight case on wheels that make it easy to take everything with you. A 407 cm-long strip of hook-and-loop fastener is included too as are cable ties. The 6 mm-thick wooden flight case is padded inside to keep all of your gear safe during transport.

Wrote the following about Pedaltrain Classic Pro TCW pedalboard with flight case on wheels

Groot? Ja, best wel... Gewichtig, enorm! De flightcase is zeer stevig, fatsoenlijke grote wielen en goed gevoerd met schokabsorberende materialen. In eerste instantie vermoedde ik dat de flightcase niet hoog genoeg was, t.b.v. het Wahwahpedaal (105Q) in de rechtse bovenhoek in mijn setup. (dit pedaal is in ruststand 6 cm hoger dan de rand van de open kist. Het schuimrubber in de deksel is dusdanig zacht dat deze zich vormt naar de contouren van mijn gebruikte effecten. Sterker nog, zelfs de potmeters op de afzonderlijke effectpedalen worden in hun stand nauwlijks tot niet bewogen tijdens het sluiten van de deksel.

Het pedalboard is een stevig aluminium gelast frame. Hierop heb ik helemaal niets aan te merken.

Het enige nadeel, maar dan ben ik ook aan het muggeziften;

De hard-rubberpootjes van het pedalboard zijn te hard, of niet stroef genoeg, om het eventuele schuiven over tegels, laminaat en houten vloeren tegen te gaan.

Softcases is niets voor mij...

Deze set is écht "Road-Worthy"

(En Strymon heeft zelfs mooie beugeltjes gemaakt om de voeding super te kunnen samenbouwen!)
