General

The '42' in Pedaltrain's Terra 42 refers to its width in inches. This soft case is over a metre wide and, since it's also 37cm deep, offers ample space for your favourite effects pedals. The Terra 42 comes with 5-metres of fastening strip so that you can attach all of your pedals and there's space in between the board for your cables and room underneath for your power adapters. A robust tour case is included.

Wrote the following about Pedaltrain terra 42 (soft case) Pedalboard

Le Terra42 est un pedalboard spacieux, qui permet de mettre pas mal de pédales.
L'objet est robuste et suffisamment léger pour qu'on puisse le manipuler sans effort.

Quelques petits bémols cependant. J'ai déjà eu un Pedaltrain, la colle du rouleau des scratches que l'on pose sous les pédales manque d'adhérence avec le temps. Au début tout va bien mais progressivement certains scratches se détachent.
Deuxième remarque, seulement 5 attaches de plastique sont fournies ce qui fait peu, car sur un pedalboard comme celui-ci, on alimente généralement avec 2 power supply, ce qui fait beaucoup de fils.
De plus, l'absence de poche de rangement sur la housse est dommage, car sur d'autres Pedaltrain, elle- y est. La housse en elle-même semble aussi mériter d'être un poil plus robuste.
Malgré tout, le Terra42 possède un bon rapport qualité/prix et sa taille (l'équivalent d'un flight case guitare) permet à la fois de disposer de nombreuses pédales sans prendre exagérément de place lors des transports, il y a peu de concurrents sur le marché qui proposent un pédalboard aussi grand à ce prix.
