General
The Evans Strata 24.5-inch timpani drum head delivers a warm, full sound with excellent pitch-clarity and precision in articulation. The smooth, calf-coloured coating protects against wear from mallets and contributes to a natural timbre. Thanks to the pre-tensioned construction and powder-coated insert ring, tuning remains stable and additional edge support is provided. A professional choice for orchestras, ensembles and demanding percussionists.
