The Hedra's tentacles reach beyond the point any other pitch shifter has gone before up until this point in time. This Meris stompbox is a 3-voice rhythmic pitch shifter that lets you discover fresh, new guitar sounds time and time again - or any other suitable instrument for that matter. It not only offers simultaneous pitch shifting, but the option to extensively delay the 3 different voices as well. Use the Key rotary knob to select the key for the additional voices or go for a chromatic setting instead. Moreover, you get to set the interval for each of the 3 pitch potmeters and, via the mix control, dial in the preferred ratio between the notes played and the voices added.

Hedra: Unlimited Sound Possibilities

For a little extra character to your doubles, you can use the Meris' microtune button to render them ever so slightly out of tune. What's more, turning it all the way up and leaving the pitches at 0 allows for a particularly bright chorus sound. Glide Mode can be used to add buttery-smooth transitions between your notes and with extra functions hidden under the buttons and the possibility to connect an external expression pedal or keyboard via MIDI, the Meris Hedra greatly expands the potential of your guitar, drum machine, synth, electric violins or vocals. The kind of instrument you through its analogue signal path, is entirely up to you!
