TC Electronic's Nether Octaver is an affordably-priced monophonic pitch-shift effects pedal that can add 1 or 2 octaves below to your sound, or both at the same time. Each octave has its own control and there's a dry control too that let's you determine how much of the effect you mix in with your original signal. This pedal is a vintage-style sub-octaver that gives you old-school glitchy synth sounds and because it's a true bypass pedal, it won't colour your sound when not activated.
