General

The compact jFet BigAmp instrument preamp by Triton Audio is designed for amplifying or recording electric pickups from an electric guitar or bass. It can also transform a signal from unbalanced to balanced and boasts the low noise level of a Class-A amplifier to keep the signal crystal-clear. Both line-level signals and unbalanced pickups work well with the BigAmp, and you can also use it to record a dry signal in your DAW and then later edit the DI signal using various plugins. Plug your instrument into the BigAmp using a standard jack cable and you're good to go!
