The Ibanez DT520-BK Destroyer (Black) is like the famous Destroyer that Ibanez introduced in 1975. This model, as well as the original version, has a radical reverse body shape that sports a duo of subtle 'hooks'. This stylish instrument has been embellished with the traditional Ibanez headstock, a pitch-black finish and various cream-coloured details. Just as tasteful are the block-shaped pearloid inlays that are placed on the rosewood fretboard.

Of course, the quality of this Destroyer (that comes with a gig bag) is heavily dependent on its sound. That deeply-resonating sound is produced by the high-quality mahogany body that perfectly conveys string vibrations due to a set-in neck, instead of a bolt-on neck, and Ibanez's Tight-Tune bridge. This bridge also provides the electric guitar with a much more stable tuning. More importantly, this guitar is equipped with two DiMarzio humbucker pickups.
