Numark's N-Wave 580 DJ monitors are active speakers for home DJs. They are powerful enough to generate considerable output with plenty of punch, yet small enough to fit on your desk or in your DJ booth. The speakers are equipped with a 5-inch woofer and a 1-inch silk-dome tweeter. An electronic crossover efficiently divides the frequencies, so both woofer and tweeter are able to serve at their full potential. A built-in amplifier delivers an impressive 80 watts of power, which is more than enough to pump up the volume in your living room or bedroom.

The Numark N-Wave 580s are the perfect monitors for your desk - not just because of their moderate dimensions, but also because they are magnetically shielded to prevent interference from other electronic equipment. Thanks to a rugged MDF housing, vibrations won't be able to taint your sound. The woofers of the N-Wave 580s are mounted in 15mm-thick baffles, and the compact speakers have cleverly designed waveguides to guarantee a wide sweet spot. Additionally, tuned bass reflex ports make sure that the low frequencies are reproduced in a well-balanced way. Stylish and functional blue LED lighting

At the level of the tweeters, the N-Wave 580s have blue LED strips that not only tell you whether the speakers are activated, but also light up your DJ booth in a stylish way. The Numark monitors have more clever features, though. The amplifier of the set has been integrated into the right speaker, so you'll only need a single power outlet. The two monitors can be interconnected by means of an included cable, which means there won't be a mess of tangled cables lying about. The volume knob has been conveniently placed at the front, where it's easily accessible at all times.
