General

The successor to TASCAM's CD-160 is this CD-200 CD player. This professional CD player is very simply designed, which makes the price of the CD-200 very low. This makes this player suitable for installation purposes where the many functions of other CD players are not used.

Like the CD-160, the CD-200 is equipped with unbalanced phono outputs and S/PDIF digital outputs for coaxial and optical jacks. The CD-200 plays regular CDs as well as MP3 and WAV CDs. The player comes with a remote control.

Geweldige CD-speler. Op pitch en MP3/WAV-support na verder geen toeters en bellen, maar wat hij moet doen doet hij subliem; CD's afspelen. Ik gebruik de speler momenteel met TOSLINK in een high-end HIFI toepassing en hij speelt met gemak duurdere spelers van bijvoorbeeld NAD weg.

De knoppen en de lade voelen allen degelijk en solide aan. Zonder twijfel 'built to last'. Afstandsbediending is een makkelijke extra die deze speler bij uitstek geschik maakt voor vaste installaties.
