General

The Johnson JR-999-PN is a resonator guitar with a rich, full sound and a modern look. This guitar is equipped with a tricone resonator system, which means it has three small resonator cones instead of one (as in a single cone instrument). This creates a warm, layered sound with lots of sustain, ideal for slide guitar. The body is all-copper and was given a polished nickel finish. The neck is mahogany, with a satin finish and a fingerboard made of rosewood. To transport this beautiful instrument in a safe and comfortable way, a sturdy hard case is included.
