I needed external reverb for a small valve/tube "Tweed" amp for live playing but I did not want to spend a lot of money. I have seen some reviews on other retailers' websites saying that they could not find any good sounding and usable reverb sounds from this pedal, but I have found that there are many useful and quite realistic approximations of older analogue reverb devices that are very easy to dial in. yes, there are some ridiculous sounds when you turn everything up all the way, but this is so of all pedals. Reduced from £29 to £22 makes this an absolute steal. Why spend a fortune on pedals with more recognised "pro" brand names that do exactly the same thing? Some people worry about the plastic housing being weaker than metal boxes. These are strong plastic and the push-pedal is strong. The knobs are not as rigid as much more expensive pedals, but they work well and as long as you don't step on them they should not break.
