General
The Ricatech RM33 Chrome Deluxe is a good-quality ribbon microphone, particularly suitable for recording 'soft' sources like strings, wind instruments and vocals. When placed on a its stand, this mic will capture every sound around it.
Using the RM33
Ribbon microphones are often used for recording strings and vocalists because of their high sensitivity, with impeccable results. This mic will pick up the sound of a pin dropping with its smooth recording capability, which means it's ideal for use in the radio world.
Retro look, modern sound
The Ricatech RM33 is reminiscent of the type of microphone the legendary Elvis Presley used to croon into, and its recording capabilities are high-quality. The chrome coating enhances that vintage look. It's simply an excellent retro-style microphone!
