The JRS-34 Active Ribbon microphone by Cloud Microphones combines the best of vintage and modern technology. It's perfectly designed for recording music and vocals. The JSR-34 requires phantom power and has an output level that's compatible with virtually all modern preamps. The mic comes with a handmade wooden box and a microfibre mic cover. The JRS-34 is bi-directional meaning it picks up sound from the front and back but not from the sides.

The 1.8 micron ribbon picks up every whisper with an emphasis on warm sounds. As well as vocals, it's ideal for recording electric and acoustic guitars and woodwind and brass instruments.
