General

Finding the perfect all-round ride cymbal: that seems almost an impossible task. Then, of course, taste also plays a big role, but this 24-inch Masterwork Resonant Ride cymbal comes pretty close. The ride has a tasteful warm sound and delivers plenty of stick definition. The bell's ping has a recognisable sound and is pleasing to the ear, making it useful for solid rock/metal as well as definitely pop music. When played correctly, this ride even comes alive in jazz-like music styles, for example!

Masterwork Resonant Ride 24-inch

The cymbal is completely handcrafted through Turkish tradition. Made of a B25 bronze alloy and brilliant/high gloss finish. The sustain is quite long, but falls away again at just the right moment, giving the ride just enough throttle in all areas, but never just too much. You can also wash on this ride, but this quickly becomes overwhelming in terms of volume when played too loud.
