This Fender Deluxe Active Jazz Bass in Surf Pearl is for the versatile bassist who wants that timeless Fender sound with all the perks of modern-day technology. The two growling Ceramic Vintage Noiseless Jazz Bass pickups pack a powerful punch, making sure those low tones are predominant. For added flavour to your sound palette, Fender has equipped the Jazz Bass with a mini switch on the pickups that you can activate to turn your tone knob into boost/cut controls. The result is an impressive, classic Jazz Bass with that familiar sound, but with twice the intensity.

HiMass bridge for more resonance

The durable HiMass bridge passes on the string vibrations to the alder body of this Fender Deluxe Active Jazz Bass for enhanced sustain and resonance. Its comfortable C-profile maple neck is bolted on asymmetrically, and boasts an ultra-fast 12-inch fretboard radius and 20 medium Jumbo frets on a rosewood fretboard. The string nut is made of synthetic bone, just like any Jazz bass, and measures 38 mm wide.

The high-gloss Surf Green finish of this bass is sure to catch the eye on stage, while a layer of polyurethane lacquer ensures the neck remains smooth and fast.
