General

The Sterling Ray35 is a more attractively-priced version of the renowned 5-string Music Man StingRay bass guitar. This model has lovely quilted maple top, a single Alnico humbucker pickup, an active 3-band EQ and a 3-way pickup switch. The controls allow you to use the coils in the humbucker in parallel or in series with or without the addition of a filter. The mahogany body produces a warm sound, while the specially-developed Sterling by Music Man Designed bridge ensures excellent sustain. Extra stability is assured too thanks to the roasted hard maple neck that's been bolted on using 6 bolts.
