General
Vandoren Traditional reeds have been popular for decades. They produce a warm, rich tone in the lower and higher registers and a pianissimo attack. The tip, which is the most flexible part of the reed, is very thin so it vibrates easily. The heart, which is the middle, is thick to ensure a stable position in the mouthpiece. With a strength of 3, this reed is more suitable for advanced players.
