Designed for serious and advanced students, the Yamaha YTS-280 Bb tenor saxophone boasts commanding tone supported by excellent intonation and a few high-end features that are usually lacking in student models. Semi-card case included.
The Yamaha YTS-280: Fast Response & Enhanced Durability
The redesigned neck receiver and tenon promotes a faster and smoother response, improving the playability and also boosting the durability. The B to C# mechanism has also been upgraded, ensuring consistent C# key closure and promoting increased note clarity in the lower registers. Just like all Yamaha saxophones, the YTS-280 tenor comes finished with an adjustable thumbrest so the instrument can be adapted to match your hand and finger position for maximum comfort.
