The people at Eastwood Guitars tuned their TV to the sixties, the heyday of the Beatles, and thought to themselves that it would be really rather cool to reissue the guitars of the period. The result: this Classic 6 Walnut. It is a full-fledged vintage-looking instrument with a beautiful walnut-coloured finish. This semi-acoustic guitar has numerous classy visual features that provide a historical perspective on things. Take the tailpiece and graceful f-shaped sound holes, for instance. But be warned: this isn't a show model, Eastwood designed the Classic 6 for everyday use.

Eastwood Guitars Classic 6: materials and technology

The body of the Classic 6 is made of maple and features a flamed top, and its rosewood fretboard is home to 22 frets. Just like its looks, its technology grasps back to the sixties, with a typical classic-rock sound produced by two EW-Retro pickups. These pickups have separate volume controls and a 3-position pickup switch lets you use them solo or together. The bridge is a Tune-O-Matic.
