General
Squire's Affinity Series puts legendary Fender models within affordable reach for beginners and more advanced string-pickers and includes this semi-acoustic Starcaster with striking '70s-style looks, sound and feel. The guitar has a semi-hollow body mounted with Squier Standard Humbucking pickups that ensure solid amplification of the acoustic foundation sound. Using the tone controls and three-way pickup switch, the electric character of this Starcaster can be further customised while, to make playing it that bit easier, the maple neck has a comfortable C-profile and a flatter 9.5-inch fretboard with narrow tall frets.
