Remo's Bossa Shakers are suitable for any style of music. The Shaker is made of a metal sleeve with a drumhead made of Remo's Fiberskyn on the bottom and top. You more or less throw the material inside the tube against the drumhead by moving the tube and this creates the characteristic sound.
