The Yamaha JLHP6F3UIS Live Custom Hybrid Oak Ice Sunburst 3-piece tom set is an exceptional kit. The word 'hybrid' refers to the fact that these kettles are constructed from both oak and a layer of phenol. This extra layer of phenol aims to give the kettles more punch, attack and low end - and Yamaha has succeeded. The kettles also feature the UZUKURI technique on the finish, resulting in a highly visible wood grain that looks very classy! The kettle set comes without bass drum, hardware and snare, but with a Yamaha TH945B tom holder.
