Pearl is giving its competition a run for their money with the extremely fast and exceedingly smooth Pearl P3000C Demon Chain bass drum pedal. This is largely thanks to the low friction of the Ninja bearings, that come from the skateboard industry. Plus, this chain driven version has very little friction between the conductors and the strong yet ultra-light double Power Chain.

Adjusting the Pearl Eliminator Demon Chain P3000C

Of course, a kick drum pedal of this class is highly adjustable. You can switch between a long or a shortboard and you can adjust the spring tension, and the height of the footboard. You can even adjust the traction on the playing surface with the round traction plate.

Dit is een drumpedaal van goede kwaliteit. Veel mogelijkheden om het af te stellen. Bij ons in gebruik voor een electronisch drumpstel (Yamaha). Een prima combinatie. Beter dan de Iron Cobra die we eerder hadden. Het is wel iets om persoonlijk uit te proberen (en dat gaat makkelijk bij Bax :) )

Beaucoup de possibilités de réglages personnalisés pour s'adapter au mieux à mon jeu. Beaucoup plus ergonomique et confortable que mes anciennes pédales avec le souvenir de quelques douleurs après plusieurs heures de répétition. Ayant déjà un ensemble P3002C, mon choix était un peu biaisé et reste confirmé. Et même si celle-ci ne se voit généralement pas derrière la grosse-caisse, son esthétique est aussi assez intéressante...
