General
Remo's Sub Muff'l is an external bass drum damper system. Thanks to its design, it doesn't interfere with the contact between the drumhead and the shell so that none of the drum's sound character is lost. The amount of dampening is determined by the amount of anti-slip foam inserts used. The Sub Muff'l is easy to install and ideal for use in the studio or for live performances. This MF-3022-00 version has a diameter of 22 inches.

Het zorgt er echt voor dat de klank uit je ketel behouden blijft.
Enige nadeel is dat je zelf de kunststof ring iets hoor flapperen.

Heb deze dempring bestelt omdat deze er goed uitzag en je met de verschillende "inzetstukken" verschil in demping kunt maken. Wat ik bij ontvangst van de ring pas zag is dat het lastig wordt om met een trigger (roland trigger).Contact met Bax hierover en waarschijnlijk ga ik de Remo omwisselen voor een Evans BD22EMAD2. Daarbij heb je dan ook wel een probleem met een trigger, maar dat schijnt eenvoudiger op te lossen te zijn door een stuk van de ring weg te snijden. Ga ervan uit dat het dan goed gaat komen.
