General

The Neumann M 150 is the logical choice when it comes to clean orchestra recordings. Made from titanium, this top-shelf studio tube microphone features a small diaphragm that's been suspended inside a plastic sphere so that audio capture gradually becomes more directional in response to higher frequencies, resulting in more restful, focussed recordings. Just like the old M 50, the M 150 fully supports Decca Tree set-ups and even goes one step further thanks with its hyper-modern, transformer-free output, much bigger dynamic range, and faster transient response. Case and shockmount included.
