General

Since it was launched in 1966, the Neumann U87 condenser microphone has slowly but surely become one of the most popular studio mics of all time. It offers an unsurpassed characteristic sound with a subtle boost in the high-mid frequency, which comes in handy during the mixing phase. The most recent version of this legendary microphone is the U87 Ai, which has a higher output and an even better signal-to-noise ratio than the original, while still maintaining that unmistakable Neumann sound. This studio set comes complete with a shock mount and a wooden storage case.

Features of the U87 Ai

Using the switch on the front, you can choose between three different directional characteristics, namely: cardioid, omnidirectional, and figure-8. For loud audio sources such as electric guitar amplifiers and drums, the U87 Ai features a -10 dB attenuator to ensure your recordings are free of distortion and clipping. Finally, you can prevent proximity effect and other unwanted noise in the low frequencies with the built-in high-pass filter.

Als gepassioneerde muzikant was ik al een tijdje op zoek naar de perfecte microfoon die mijn stem en instrumenten op de best mogelijke manier zou kunnen vastleggen. En ik kan met volle overtuiging zeggen dat de Neumann U87AI al mijn verwachtingen heeft overtroffen!

De Neumann U87AI is een absoluut meesterwerk op elk vlak. De geluidskwaliteit is ongeëvenaard en de details die deze microfoon kan oppikken zijn ongelooflijk. Mijn stem klonk nog nooit zo helder en warm als met de U87AI. Het is alsof ik in een professionele opnamestudio zing, zelfs gewoon in mijn eigen huis.

Wat me ook positief heeft verrast, is hoe de Artificial Intelligence-functie van deze microfoon echt wonderen doet. Het heeft mijn opnamen naar een hoger niveau getild en maakt het mixen en masteren van mijn tracks een fluitje van een cent.

Ik heb mijn Neumann U87AI bij BAX-Music Shop gekocht en ik kan niet genoeg benadrukken hoe tevreden ik ben over hun service. De levering was snel en probleemloos, en de klantenservice was uiterst behulpzaam en professioneel.

Kortom, als je op zoek bent naar een top-of-the-line microfoon die je opnamen naar een hoger niveau tilt, zoek dan niet verder dan de Neumann U87AI. Ik kan deze microfoon niet genoeg aanbevelen, het is echt een gamechanger voor elke muzikant. Bedankt BAX-Music Shop voor het leveren van zo'n geweldig product!

C’est un super micro qu’on pas besoin de passer une heure à régler, ça somme bien tout de suite et le son correspond à la réalité. La différence est énorme avec des micros plus bas de gamme et j’en ai testé beaucoup. Une des Rolls du micro.
