General

The Roland PD-8H V-Pad is an 8-inch snare & tom pad designed for those who value expression and consistency. Thanks to its new rubber edge, inspired by high-end Roland pads, every beat feels comfortable whether you are quietly studying or going full-on during a performance. The PD-8H features an offset piezo sensor that prevents hotspots, allowing you to experience natural response across the playing surface. Play both on the sheet and on the edge, all nuances are accurately registered. This pad is hardly inferior to an acoustic one in terms of playing feel, but keeps the sound level extremely civilised. You easily attach the pad to vertical rods from 8 to 13 mm, and its compact design allows it to fit into almost any electronic drum setup.
