Vol verwachting klopt mijn hart. De übergrote doos van Bax is binnen. Snel uitpakken en de standaards in elkaar zetten. Maar... wacht, wat is dat nu? Bij het in elkaar draaien van 1 van de 2 standaards gaat het mis. De gietijzeren plaat blijft niet goed aan de base-plate zitten. Hmmm, vreemd. Na wat zoekwerk kom ik erachter dat de het schroefdraad niet diep genoeg is waardoor je de pole kunt blijven draaien en deze nooit vast komt te zitten op de base-plate.

Na wat verderkijken kom ik erachter dat het verloopje van 3/8" schroefdraad naar 5/8" van plastic is. Op de afbeelding lijkt die van staal en is deze zilverkleurig waar die bij mij zwart is.

Al met al een beetje een tegenvaller. 1 standaard is helemaal prima, de ander is dat niet. Ik moet wel zeggen, het super handige systeem om de pole in en uit te schuiven bevalt mij zeker wel. Helaas is de kwaliteit wat minder super.

Het had zo mooi kunnen zijn, het standaard, mijn team en super goede muziek. Ach, we gaan opzoek naar wat anders. Wel weer een solo standaard. Wie weet wordt het een K&M, die zijn veel duurder maar o wat zijn ze stevig ;-).

Hele fijne standaard waarmee je lekker kan bewegen en je microfoon is makkelijk los te maken en terug te zetten, normaal liep ik daarmee te kloten. Ook vind ik deze veel fijner meenemen dan andere modellen.
