General
In addition to amplifier combos and heads Orange also makes cabinets, which means you can comprise your own personal perfect amplifier-cabinet combo. This is the PPC112, a closed-back cabinet with a 12-inch Celestion Vintage 30 speaker, a veteran in numerous speaker cabinets for many years now. Orange combined the powerful character of the Celestion with a closed housing of 18mm thick birch.
Orange PPC112: tone
Thanks to the special rubber bottom, optimal surface contact is established, which greatly benefits bass response and overall tone development. The PPC112 produces a warm, direct tone with a mild emphasis on the mid range. The PPC112's input impedance is 16 ohms and it allows for a maximum of 60 watts. Naturally, its finish is decisively Orange, sporting the characteristic grille cloth and Tolex jacket. The black handle on top allows you to lift the 15kg PPC112 more easily.

Klinkt geweldig samen met een Orange versterker. Ook is het 'vrij' licht voor een 1x12' cabinet. Super stevig en de oranje kleur is levendig.

met de V30 heel universeel en werkt goed samen met mijn bias mini head.
Het geluid is door de closed back en relatief veel hout heel vet. klinkt totaal niet mager.

Prima cab, doet wat die moet doen. Perfect voor als je thuis speelt, maar kan ook prima gebruikt worden voor gigs. Handig te vervoeren, omdat hij niet heel groot is, voor een cab.
