Wrote the following about Konig & Meyer 24521 reducer flange, 3/8-inch x 12 mm

Usual great K&M quality. I bought this to use with my new AER Compact 60. Some people use a straight mic stand, screwing the top of the stand directly into the plate on the bottom of the AER. I found that to be very unstable, even with a substantial Hercules mic stand. This was just the ticket! It slipped easily over the sleeve of my speaker stand, enabling me to safely raise the AER high enough to be heard over a noisy pub.
