With its 8-inch diameter, the Paiste 2002 splash 8-inch is the smallest and therefore tallest splash in the series.
Whole generations of rock drummers have grown up with Paiste's 2002 cymbals. Introduced in 1971, these cymbals are made of B8 bronze (CuSn8 Bronze). The Paiste 2002 was the first pro series to use this high-quality alloy. B8 is therefore also known as '2002 Bronze'. The cymbals produce typical classic rock sounds, but are also suitable for various other styles. The sound is sparkling, transparent, warm and strong.
