Paiste did not create this series of cymbals on its own. None other than drummer Vinnie Colaiuta helped to make this series the best. Colaiuta has quite a track record behind him, some of the artists Vinnie has played with: Anastacia, Destiny's Child, Burt Bacharach and Frank Zappa. Besides the splash, this series also includes crash, china, ride and hihats. The great thing about the Modern Essentials is that they are very versatile.
