Seven sound engines
Korg have equipped this Grandstage piano with seven sound engines, including the SGX-2, which offers six legendary acoustic pianos recorded in Berlin, Austria and Japan, among others. Korg have also included a new sample of an upright piano, which offers a subtle, intimate sound. As well as the SGX-2, the Grandstage is equipped with the EP-1, CX-3, VOX Organ, Compact Organ, AL-1 and the HD-1 (PCM) sound engines.
Versatility of the Korg GS1-73 Grandstage
Korg have included certain functions in this digital piano that are especially handy for use on stage, such as the Favorites buttons, which enable you to store up to 64 of you favourite sounds which you can easily call up again during your performance. With Korg's innovative Smooth Sound Transition (SST), you can toggle between samples and effects in a completely natural way as you play. Adjust the character of your sound using the 3-band EQ and combine sounds using the Layer and Split functions. There's also a Panel Lock function to protect your favourite settings. All in all, the Korg GS1-73 Grandstage is the digital piano to beat!
