General
The Pirastro Evah Pirazzi string set for double bass offers a powerful, dark sound and excellent resonance. The string set is suitable for both arco and pizzicato, with a modern synthetic core that ensures fast response and a comfortable playing experience. Thanks to its high torsional stiffness and short break-in time, the set is ideal for both orchestral and solo playing. The "weich" version offers a slightly brighter tone with more sustain and an emphatic core sound.
