The new A5X by ADAM is an active DJ & studio monitor. Its dimensions and name might make you think that this is just a new version of the A5. Once you start listening, however, you will find out that the A5X offers a lot more! The small A5 has made an impressive name for itself. You found it in professional environments, for computer or office applications, for instance. The A5 has earned great reviews, prizes and the right to call itself one of the best small monitors in the world. It was a great choice for any small studio. And now this famous monitor is much improved!
The new A5x
The A5x forms the evolution of the A5. Just like all other models in the AX series, it has its own, custom-made X-ART tweeter. The specs of this piece of technology shows you that this is the best tweeter you can get. Countless listening tests have confirmed this. A 5.5-inch mid-woofer reproduces the frequencies below 2.5 kHz. The diaphragm is made of carbon fibre/Rohacell/glass fibre. This means that it has the same composite structure as in the A7X and A8X.
A good monitor offers more than just sound
The used material in the A5X has a low weight. It has also been made as solid as possible. That is not only good for the life span of your monitor and it also breaks resonances. This way, you will enjoy exceptionally dynamic behaviour with unrivalled sound characteristics.

En nog geen minute spijt van gehad! de top end is echt crispy clear. hoor nu dingen met mixen die ik op de andere niet kon horen.

Over de speakers, ik ben naar de shop zelf geweest en heb er tientallen getest. Deze zijn fantastisch!
Er waren verschillende speakers die even vlak klonken, wat belangrijk is als producer. Maar iets anders is de transparantie, dit wil zeggen dat het lijkt dat het geluid van alle kanten komt. Enkel de Adams konden dit naar mijn mening, ongelooflijk fijne speakers. De E3X hadden iets te weinig bass naar mijn mening, iets waar deze geen last van heeft. Fantastisch!!!

Réponse en fréquence excellente et un peu riche dans le bas du spectre, idéal pour les sons électroniques.
Placé dans 20m2 et le sub n'est pas nécessaire.
