With the CLA-10 Passive, Avantone Pro pays homage to the classic ‘white cone’ studio monitors, developed in collaboration with Chris Lord-Alge. This passive set is designed to be an uncompromising mixing reference: mid-forward, accurate and ideal for getting the balance and vocals just right. You use them in combination with a separate power amplifier (preferably from the CLA series). The TPC switch also allows you to simulate the well-known ‘tissue paper’ trick by attenuating the treble by 2 dB.
