If you're a keyboardist who uses a lot of different sounds and you need to change between them quickly, KORG's KROSS 2 is an outstanding choice. It's the long-awaited follow-up to the successful first edition. This synthesizer workstation has more than one thousand preset sounds on board, yet it's compact and portable too. This special edition of the KROSS 61 has 61 touch-sensitive keys and a Gray-Green finish.
KROSS 2: more than before
This second edition of the KROSS has more features, more sounds and more possibilities than the original. The KROSS 2 has 128 MB of built-in expansion PCM memory so that you can add even more sounds on top of the 1000+ already available. The sampling function gives you 16 playable pads that can each hold a stereo sample of up to 14 seconds that you can record directly from the LINE IN jack. The KROSS 2 can function as a USB audio/MIDI interface too and despite everything you can do with it, it has a well-designed interface that makes it easy to use.
Creative freedom
Choosing sounds is quick and easy and they're fully customisable too. Your samples can include things like vocals or guitar giving you even more versatility and it's also possible to easily create phrases and rhythms. The fact that the KROSS 2 is compact makes it highly portable which is ideal for the travelling musician. With the KROSS 2 at your side, you'll have everything you need to make great music anywhere.
