The Moog Subsequent 25 is a compact paraphonic analogue synthesizer that lends itself well to use in a keyboard rig. A quick peek at the control panel tells us this model is built on a solidly functional foundation. You're getting two oscillators with hard-sync support, a mixer with extra sub-oscillator and noise generator, a filter, adjustable glide speed and two sets of ADSR envelopes. In many ways, this looks like the same or a slightly less encompassing foundation like the one the MiniMoog is built on. While this might seem the case, let's find out if that's really true.

Under the Bonnet of the Moog Subsequent 25

This Moog model comes with a wealth of functionality which, according to Moog, can be found under the bonnet. All of these parameters can be accessed via the Subsequent 25 itself or via MIDI and the free Editor/Librarian. Deze zeer gebruiksvriendelijke synthesizer heeft een heel stevige sound, en meer mogelijkheden dan je de lay-out van het panel doet vermoeden.
