The BlipBlox After Dark from Playtime Engineering is a fully-functional synthesizer that's been specifically designed for children. Any wee one from the age of 3 and up is sure to love the creative blips, bleeps and other sounds this happy little synth produces! The controls are not only child-proof and solidly secured, but have been playfully laid out next to the cheerfully blinking LEDs. Over 300 built-in melodies make sure that any music-producing prodigies won't be tossing aside the BlipBlox after just a couple of hours of play-time, and even more possibilities can be opened up by connecting the synthesizer to something like a keyboard, an electronic drum kit or even a computer via a MIDI cable. Thoughtfully designed, the housing of the BlipBlox doesn't have any sharp edges and is resistant to bumps, drops and moisture. To sweeten the deal some more, a set of batteries and a USB cable come included.
