General
The Converter+ by Sonicsmith is a compact analogue 9-volt VCO synthesizer that recognises the frequency of the analogue audio input while it plays synth waves and pitch, ENV, gate and trigger CV-outputs. The revolutionary Audio Controlled Oscillator makes synthesizing two wave forms possible. It ACO never detunes and boasts a range of eight octaves as well as a reaction time of 5-12 micro seconds. Last but not least, the Converter+ features a powerful 40dB input preamp.
