There's really no point to using full-fledged microphone stands for meetings or radio broadcasts, as these will only get in your way. What you need for those occasions is a tabletop stand. K&M presents us with this little microphone stand, that also has a retractable arm which allows for optimal positioning and perfect recordings.
Its heavy base is stable and features a rubber pad that dampens vibrations so that they aren't picked up by your microphone. Thanks to the thread, you can mount a microphone clip to this stand. Also, the arm's angle can be adjusted and the boom itself features cable clips for a neat overall look.

Zeer degelijke statief. Hij is meer dan stabiel genoeg voor het gebruiken met een grote condensator microfoon. De schroeven voelen ook solide aan. Top statief!

Ik schrok een beetje toen ik de doos van dit statief ontving van het gewicht. Toen ik hem eenmaal in elkaar had gezet was ik erg blij met hoe stevig deze aanvoelt. Het gewicht van de voet zorgt ervoor dat je met gerust gevoel een zware condensatormicrofoon eraan kunt bevestigen terwijl de arm ver is uitgeschoven. Erg fijn voor bij de kick drum, gitaar amp, of als je een acoustische gitarist op wil nemen die op een stoel zit bijv.

Prima standaard met een fijne kleine maar zware voet. De hardware laat zich zonder al te veel moeite overtuigend vastzetten in de gewenste positie (ik heb van K&M hier wisselende ervaringen mee).

Met de arm volledig uitgeschoven en met een Audix D6 kick microfoon erop bevestigd blijft het geheel prima stabiel staan. Houd er rekening mee dat de standaard niet in hoogt verstelbaar is. Alleen de arm is in lenge (en hoek) verstelbaar.
