General
Featuring a two-point articulated arm, the König & Meyer tablet holder is compatible with 10 to 16 inch models, can bear up to eight kilograms and is easily clamped on the edge of a desk to save precious space. Largely made from aluminium, the supporting arm is quickly positioned via a smooth pneumatic spring system while the tablet holder itself has been made from raw biodegradable materials. When mounting your tablet, the overlapping clamping jaws ensure a secure fit and have been finished with rubber pads to improve grip and protect your device, and since space is spared for protective covers measuring up 20mm thick, you don't even need to remove your tablet from its case. Once mounted, the holder can be tilted and rotated into position to complete the optimum setup.

Anyway, goed/groot instel-bereik en nauwkeurigheid voor de op-en-neer-arm (gewicht van 8 tot 0 kg).
Enige eventuele nadeel is die 3/8 schroefdraad-koppeling: De contramoer/-ring moet je toch wel met een tangetje extra vast draaien, want anders draait 'ie mee wanneer je bijv. je tablet een kwartslag wil draaien. En eenmaal mee gedraaid gaat 'ie dan alleen maar losser zitten bij elke beweging.
Het helpt ook om die koppeling onder een hoek (naar boven) te zetten, zodat 'ie niet de zelfde "as" heeft als het draaimechanisme voor "de kwartslag".
Overigens geldt dit alleen voor de tablethouder.
De monitor houder komt in plaats van die 3/8 schroefdraad-koppeling.
Mijn bureau heeft wel een hele dikke rand, MAAR gelukkig is die onderste plaat van de klem ook om te draaien (en dus de spindel ook), waardoor je nog een extra ca. 25 mm wint tot totaal ca 90 mm.

Kwam het stom toevallig tegen, want ik was al weken hiernaar op zoek.
Op het internet vind je meerdere van deze, maar dan veel te klein en veel te kwetsbaar.
Oke, deze kost wat meer, maar het is zeer stevig en instelbaar, ook de veerdruk kan je helemaal naar wens instellen.
Vooral het zwenkbereik is zeer goed, ook hier stel je de stroefheid zelf in: gladjes of meer stroever.
Ik gebruik deze tablethouder naast mijn bed, nooit meer omhoog vasthouden in de hand, maar meteen op het statief, op de juiste hoek en afstand geparkeerd.
Zakt niet in, ook niet op zijn maximum.
Uitgelezen, dan soepel opzij draaien en klaar.
Ben er heel blij mee.
