The Visaton MHT 12 - 8 Ohm is a high-end magnetostatic tweeter designed for demanding listeners and professional audio applications. Thanks to its lightweight and extremely thin diaphragm, this tweeter delivers a particularly faithful reproduction of treble, with a wide frequency response from 2000 to as high as 40000 Hz. The powerful neodymium-boron magnet ensures high efficiency and excellent signal integrity. With a nominal power rating of 100 watts (at 12 dB/octave from 4000 Hz) and up to 150 watts of load capacity, the MHT 12 is suitable for a variety of applications. The aluminium die-cast faceplate and shielded magnet contribute to its robust build quality. Thanks to its linear character, low distortion and wide dispersion, this tweeter offers flexible installation possibilities in both high-end speaker systems and studio setups.
