The Visaton SC 5 - 8 Ohm is a 13 mm polycarbonate dome tweeter, magnetically shielded for trouble-free use in sensitive AV or multimedia setups. Thanks to its balanced frequency response from 1500 to 22000 Hz, this driver performs excellently in the high-frequency range, guaranteeing clear and even sound. With a 107-degree aperture at 8000 Hz and a sensitivity of 90 dB, this tweeter stands out for its wide dispersion angle and efficiency. Suitable for small, shielded 2-way combinations, e.g. as a centre speaker in surround sets, and optimally usable with the matching Visaton F 8 SC 8 Ohm fullrange driver. Even at higher loads up to 100 watts peak, the SC 5 holds its ground.
