General

Flight's Gemstone Series includes this DUC380 CEQ electro-acoustic ukulele in the widely popular concert size. This gives you the sparkle of a soprano model with the range of a tenor for the best of both worlds. Flight have chosen to craft the body using mahogany, for a warm foundation sound and a fair amount of punch. A cutaway provides easy access to all 18 frets fitted on the walnut fretboard, so your creativity is given all the space the go all-out. Striking for a ukulele in this price range, is the fact that both the string nut and the bridge saddle are made of real bone. This not only boosts the overall sound but also greatly enhances intonation stability.

Gemstone Series DUC380 CEQ: Ready for the Stage

The Flight crew have mounted the DUC380 CEQ with a piezo pickup and an FU-T3 preamp. Simply plug the uke into an acoustic amp or an audio interface and you're ready to record your own songs or get up on the stage for a live performance. You won't even need a separate tuner because one has been integrated, along with a 3-band EQ to help you dial in the right tone. A strap can be attached to be strap button for an easy way to increase playing comfort and the DUC380 comes complete with a padded gig bag and instruction booklet.

Goeie ukulele voor de prijs. Akoestisch klinkt hij goed en ook door mijn boss katana versterker klinkt hij erg lekker (zeker als je er wat leuke effectjes op zet).

Naast het geluid ziet hij er ook nog eens waanzinnig goed uit!
