Literally built to wander the world no matter the weather, the Flight Travel Series TUS65 soprano ukulele features a basswood soundboard supported by a durable ABS body that can handle extreme temperatures and humidity. This build not only completes a model that's less sensitive to warping, but boasts improved tuning stability. Meanwhile, the warm, resonant and balanced sound of the wooden soundboard combines with the arched back to deliver plenty of volume and projection and complete classic ukulele tone. As a nice final bonus, this model comes pre-wrapped in its own gig bag.

The Flight TUS65: Detailed Design

The quality of this ukulele lies in the details, so Flight have fitted a zero fret to ensure consistent sound when playing open chords, the ABS neck and fretboard have been given a faux-woodgrain texture to support a natural playing feel and, to provide plenty of room for strumming and finger-picking techniques, a wide 35.6mm nut has been fitted. So you're assured of fresh tone straight out of the box, this model also comes with a pre-installed set of Aquila Nylgut strings.
