General

The Kala Solid Body Electric Striped Ebony Tenor is an electric ukulele that perfectly combines tradition and innovation. The solid body is made of okoume and has been finished with an ebony top on which the dark wood texture with light grain is nicely visible and provides a striking, stylish look. The built-in active preamp with volume and tone controls allows you to connect to an amplifier or audio interface, without risk of feedback. You can also use effects pedals to expand your sound even further and go much wider than the classic ukulele sound.
The tenor size offers extra playing space and high comfort, while the Graph Tech NuBone nut and bridge saddle contribute to accurate intonation and a clear tone. This ukulele comes complete with a Kala Stone Grey Padded gig bag, a padded carrying case with a shoulder strap and an extra compartment in the front.
