The Stagg UC60-S Concert ukulele is a bit larger than the US60-S, and as such it offers more musical options. This model has, for instance, 19 frets instead of the 12 that you get with smaller models. Such a difference makes the UC60-S an attractive option, especially when it has such a small price tag attached. But then, Stagg is known for producing beautiful instruments and selling them for surprisingly low prices. To complete the picture, it even comes with a black nylon carry bag.

About the ukulele

This small guitar-like instrument from Hawaii was actually introduced to the islands by Portuguese immigrants who brought the machete with them (a string instrument that led to the uke). Since its creation, the ukulele has always been clearly associated with Hawaii, the US, Mexico and Portugal. The instrument itself makes an engaging ingredient for music production, and it has a sound that is immediately recognisable.
