The SKB iSeries 3i case 1245x229x127mm L is a long, slim hard case designed for the safe transport of fragile items. Thanks to its generous internal length of 124.14 cm, it is suitable for long pieces of equipment and accessories that you would rather not leave loose in a car or coach. The hard outer shell and sturdy fastening make this case a reliable choice for intensive use, for example when transporting items between locations or storing them in a busy warehouse. Mil-Standard protection

This SKB iSeries case is injection-moulded from ultra-high-strength polypropylene copolymer resin and features a gasket-sealed construction. This means it is water- and dust-tight and can even be submerged in accordance with MIL-STD 810H. In addition, the case is resistant to corrosion and impact damage, as well as to UV, solvents and fungus (MIL-STD 810H). For added security, it features a moulded-in hinge, padlock eyelets and the SKB Trigger Latch® System, ensuring your case remains securely closed during transport.

Practical to use

The snap-down rubber over-moulded cushion grip handle feels comfortable in the hand and folds away compactly. There is also an automatic pressure equalisation valve, which is useful for dealing with pressure differences during transport and storage. The total internal depth is 12.7 cm, divided between the lid and base depths, so your gear can be neatly arranged without getting jammed. This version does not have wheels, so it is primarily intended to be carried or taken along as part of your transport kit.
