The SKB 3i case 406x254x140mm DT is a compact yet extremely robust iSeries transport case designed for the safe transport of sensitive equipment. The case is injection-moulded and made from ultra-high-strength polypropylene copolymer resin. Thanks to its gasket-sealed closure, it is water- and dust-tight and even submersible in accordance with MIL-STD 810H. This makes it a serious hard case for intensive use, from storage to transport under varying conditions.

Mil-Standard protection and robust features

This SKB iSeries case is designed to withstand corrosion and impact damage (MIL-STD 810H) and is also resistant to UV, solvents and fungus. Practical features such as the moulded-in hinge, padlock loops and the Trigger Latch® System ensure a reliable seal and provide additional security options. It also features an automatic ambient pressure equalisation valve (MIL-STD 810H), minimising the risk of problems caused by pressure differences during transport.

Compact size, clever depth layout

With internal dimensions of 40.64 cm in length, 25.4 cm in width and 13.97 cm in depth, this case is ideal for smaller setups and accessories that do require maximum protection. The depth is divided into 5.08 cm in the lid and 8.89 cm in the base, which is handy for organising your contents. There are no wheels, which keeps the case compact and easy to handle. Furthermore, the case can withstand temperatures ranging from -56.11 °C to 82.22 °C.
